1061 Increase In Share Capital

You may decide that either you need, or your bank, or other suppliers may request, an Increase in Share Capital of your company.

We will draft for your agreement a copy of a resolution authorising the increase in share capital, together with completion and submission of Form 123, signed by you, giving notice in accordance with Section 123 of the Companies Act 1985 that by resolution of the company, the nominal capital of your company has been increased beyond the registered capital.

We reserve the right to increase our standard charge for more complicated matters and we will consult with you once we have received your detailed instructions.
